With our sales continuing to grow, we are expanding our Smart Repair Department and are now looking for an experienced Smart Repair Manager to lead and inspire our team of Smart Repair Technicians and Alloy Wheel Technicians at our site in Castle Donington

The Role – What You'll Be Doing
As Smart Repair Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, organisation, and performance of the Smart Repair and Alloy Wheel teams. Your role will involve:
* Managing, developing, and motivating a team of Smart Repair and Alloy Wheel Technicians
* Overseeing repair processes to ensure vehicles are prepared to showroom standard
* Monitoring performance against targets and KPIs, driving efficiency and quality
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards across all processes
* Implementing and improving departmental systems, workflows, and best practices
* Supporting continuous training and upskilling of your team, including hybrid and EV technologies
* Liaising closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely preparation of vehicles
* Conducting quality control checks to maintain exceptional standards of workmanship
* Identifying and resolving issues quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction and team effectiveness
About You – What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on manager who has a strong background in automotive repair, ideally with direct experience in SMART repair, paintwork, or alloy wheel refurbishment. You will need to be:
* A proven leader with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team
* Results-driven with experience working to targets and KPIs
* Knowledgeable in vehicle repair processes and equipment
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency
* Adaptable, proactive, and keen to introduce new ideas and improvements
* In possession of a full UK driving licence
Hours of Work
* Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:30
* Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
* No weekend working
