Applications Specialist, Pathology Laboratory Diagnostics
Responsibilities
* Perform pre‑sales demonstrations and post‑sales customer training
* Onboard new customers by engaging teams in the launch
* Travel to prospective customer sites, luminary sites and trade shows to perform presentations
* Provide ongoing application assistance and support to end users
Qualifications
* Previous experience as an application specialist in one or more of the following specialisations: haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, life sciences, histology, cellular pathology.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
