The role
You\'ll manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end: onboarding, retention, expansion, performance. You\'re the single point of contact. The reason clients stay, grow, and refer others.
What you\'ll own
* Full client portfolio management, from onboarding to renewal
* Revenue growth through upsell and expansion
* Deep stakeholder relationships across every level
* Campaign performance in partnership with our SDR and ops teams
* Proactive communication, no waiting for clients to come to you

What we\'re looking for
* ✔ 2+ years in CS, account management, or client-facing commercial roles
* ✔ Proven ability to manage a large portfolio without dropping the ball
* ✔ Strong commercial instinct: you can spot and close expansion opportunities
* ✔ Exceptional communicator at every level
* ✔ Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
