Job Title: Music Teacher
Location: Kirkby in Ashfield
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £168 to £261 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school based in Kirkby in Ashfield, near to Mansfield, who are looking to appoint a Music Teacher for an immediate start. The school has a strong commitment to creating a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated Music Teacher on a full-time long-term basis. The successful Music Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Music lessons across KS3 and KS4, planning differentiated lessons, and maintaining high standards of behaviour and attainment within the classroom.
The successful Music Teacher will have:
QTS with a Music specialism
Experience teaching Music up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
Strong classroom management skills
A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for supporting student development and achievement
