We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De partie for a stunning boutique hotel and restaurant in Beaconsfield. We are seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences. As part of the hotels award-winning team you will be serving up to 100 covers daily. The restaurant offers seasonal menus celebrating exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and local produce.

The Person
The successful Chef De Partie will have the following
As Chef de Partie you must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Right to work in the UK.
