This broad field covers market research, land appraisal, developing promotional material, telesales, and face-to-face negotiation.
The Sales team arranges visits, undertakes tours, prepares material, advises on features, agrees the sale, and sees it through to completion, including after-sales service. If you’re a friendly, outgoing individual with a customer focus and comfortable working in a targets-driven environment, you’ll find plenty to keep you engaged and growing.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage all part exchange properties, overseeing both purchase and sale to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability on re-sales.
You will be expected to:
1. Proactively manage the PX holding to meet company targets.
2. Follow group policies and procedures for purchasing and selling PX properties, providing the Sales Director with necessary evidence for approval. Effectively manage third parties to achieve legal completion forecasts. Communicate regularly with the Sales Director and management team on progress.
3. Obtain required documentation such as Dof V, indemnity policies, and Man Co. packs, gas/safety certificates.
4. Manage customer expectations during visits and communications regarding offers. Instruct all relevant surveys and reports as per policy. Build relationships with agents to enhance the sale of PX properties.
5. Ensure inspections are conducted per policy, and vacated properties are presented in excellent condition.
6. Arrange remedial works or enhancements needed to sell properties and maintain them.
7. Adhere to PX pricing policy when instructing price reductions to improve performance.
8. Manage agents to promote interest in assisted selling scheme properties, maintaining clear communication and ensuring AML documentation is obtained for compliance.
