You'll be supported by a Senior Site Manager with longstanding experience in the business, ensuring you gain hands-on mentorship and a clear development path. Some experience in the construction industry (e.g., site-based work experience, apprenticeships, junior roles). Ambitious and motivated to learn, with strong organisational and communication skills. Typical project values: £100K - £3M Project durations: 5 weeks - 5 months Typical Duties: Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations and construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure works are progressing to schedule. Help maintain a safe site and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with maintaining site documentation and reporting on progress. Liaise with the client and subcontractors.
