What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, purposeful learning environment
* Supporting students with their learning and promoting positive engagement
* Working collaboratively with school staff to encourage academic and personal progress
* Gaining hands-on experience across a range of subjects and year groups
We're Looking For:
* Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or support work)
* Confident communicators who can lead a classroom and motivate students
* Adaptable, proactive, and professional individuals with a genuine interest in education
* Those considering teacher training (PGCE/SCITT) or other education pathways in the future
* Reliable, enthusiastic team players who are ready to make an impact in school communities
