Salary: £31,650 - £45,646 + SEN Allowance

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for SEN Teachers or professionals with transferable skills to work across various areas, including:
* Specializing in Primary & Secondary Education
* Supporting children with SEMH, ASD, PMLD, and complex needs
* Helping create a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports emotional, social, and academic growth
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Have experience working with children with SEN, including autism, SEMH, and complex needs
* Be skilled in managing challenging behaviours and developing tailored lesson plans for small groups
