About the Role
We are a sustainability led MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public health) consultancy seeking a positive and efficient Office Administrator to support our team. This role is helping us to ensure a smooth day-to-day operations and will involve administrative tasks, financial support, and document preparation for client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & Financial Administration
* Prepare and issue client invoices.
* Assist with expense reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Document Formatting & Quality Control
* Format technical reports, proposals, and bid documents to meet company standards.
* Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and presentation across all deliverables.
* Proofread documents for grammar, clarity, and compliance with client requirements.
General Office Support
* Support Directors with general office tasks.
* Coordinate with engineers to gather information for reports and bids.
* Help organise staff and client events.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
* Basic understanding of invoicing and financial processes a plus
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
* Training and support will be provided.
