The role in brief:
You’ll be leading client engagements from start to finish, contributing to strategic decision-making and playing a key part in delivering high-quality advisory work. There’s a strong emphasis on independent business reviews and developing tailored turnaround strategies, with the support of both senior leadership and a wider multidisciplinary team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Running restructuring projects end to end
* Preparing and delivering independent business reviews
* Working closely with clients to design bespoke restructuring and turnaround plans
* Conducting robust financial analysis and presenting clear, actionable insights
* Collaborating with senior partners and internal teams to maintain exceptional standards
* Supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to a learning-led culture
What they’re looking for:
* A qualified accountant [ACA, ACCA, CPA or similar]
* Solid experience in restructuring or related advisory work gained in a Consulting or Professional Services team.
* Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness
* Confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Prior experience leading projects and managing stakeholders
