Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Preston, Manchester, or Kendal Office
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
PQE Requirement: 4+ years
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of property-related disputes while contributing to the wider success of the team. You will be involved in high-quality work and have the opportunity to develop your expertise in this specialist area.
Key Responsibilities as a Property Litigation Solicitor:
* Drafting correspondence and court documents
* Liaising with the Court, instructing counsel and expert witnesses
* Attending hearings and all-party meetings
* Supporting other team members and supervising junior colleagues where appropriate
* Developing and strengthening your expertise in property litigation
