Parts Team Leader – Boston
Working Hours: Rotational Shift Monday - Friday, Week 1: 07:00 - 15:30, Week 2: 10:30 - 18:00 + Saturday 08:00 - 13:00.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and enhance performance and processes.
* Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of parts to the correct customer and workshop.
* Build and develop relationships with new and existing parts customers.
* Actively manage stock checks with a view to improving workflow where possible.
* Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication.
