Location: B&I Site | Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Serving: 500 Staff | Team: Small, dedicated kitchen crew
Are you a passionate chef with a flair for innovation and a love of fresh, seasonal food? We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef to take the lead in delivering exceptional staff dining at a high-profile B&I site.
You'll be the driving force behind menu creation, ensuring every plate is packed with flavour, creativity, and quality. Leading a small team, you'll inspire excellence, oversee daily service, and make sure the food experience is nothing short of brilliant.
What You'll Do:
?? Design and deliver fresh, exciting menus
?? Lead, motivate, and develop your kitchen team
?? Keep standards sky-high with flawless execution
?? Champion food quality, hygiene, and innovation
?? Work closely with the Head Chef and management
