We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, well-motivated, and either soon-to-be or newly registered Pharmacy Technician with excellent dispensing and communication skills to join our friendly pharmacy team as a Rotational Pharmacy Technician.
The post holder should be ready for a new challenge and show initiative to build on their knowledge gained from their 2-year initial education and training to develop their foundation practice across an acute hospital.
This opportunity involves working on a rotational basis across Bournemouth and Poole hospital sites. Full training and support will be provided to help the candidate build a portfolio of evidence demonstrating competence mapped from the APTUK Foundation Pharmacy Framework.
Upon successful completion of the rotational technician pathway, the post holder will progress to band 5.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping pharmacy services across the trust. They should be adaptable to new situations and confident to work independently and as part of a team.
We welcome applications from candidates who have completed their initial education & training in any area of pharmacy, including acute hospital, GP surgery, community pharmacy, & primary care.
Please note: Employment is subject to registration with the GPhC.
Base location: Royal Bournemouth or Poole Hospital. Please note that you will be required to work across sites.
