* Managing your own ledger.
* Building great relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
* Driving improvements in billing processes and cash collection..
* Training and onboarding new team members.
* Ensuring cash targets are achieved and debtor days reduced.
* Preparing accurate forecasts, reports and KPIs.
* Overseeing statements, chasing letters, direct debits, journals, refunds and write-offs.
* Providing support to the Sales Ledger Manager by serving as the primary contact for escalated queries and offering team assistance during peak periods and staff absences
