The Role
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will manage the daily relationship with a portfolio of the largest restaurant partners. You will use your expertise of the Deliveroo platform to grow these partners' sales while helping them improve their daily operations and become more efficient in working with customers and riders.
Using data to understand performance patterns and creating insightful recommendations will be key to your success. You will report to your Client Partner and collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product. Working with large-scale partners often involves overcoming unique challenges, shaping the future of our partnerships globally.
You Will
* Monitor and analyze partner-specific goals, presenting performance reviews to partners.
* Manage weekly operational meetings, delivering insights during reviews with support from your Client Partner.
* Provide guidance on improving and growing delivery as a channel.
* Increase revenue and health metrics by advising restaurant partners on best practices.
* Deliver in-person training sessions on operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and troubleshooting.
* Develop relationships with key restaurant partners by collaborating with other parts of Deliveroo.
* Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify growth opportunities across UK regions.
* Coordinate with restaurant marketing teams to deliver value-creating marketing campaigns.
Requirements
* Experience in account management or strategic partnerships roles.
* Ability to manage data and generate clear, applicable insights.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Experience in a high-growth, dynamic company environment.
