Job Description
As Sales Representative you will identify new customers for repair/remanufacturing service offering through onsite customer visits, you will assess customer assets and recommend appropriate solutions and new products to improve customer efficiencies and their operations. Achieve sales goals of revenue/job count and identification of new customers.
This role is for North region of UK. You will report to Sales Manager, Lektronix.
The Responsibilities - you will do:
 1. Achieve sales targets and manage a geographical area to maximise its sales potential.
 2. Develop and implement our sales strategy following our goals.
 3. Identification, profiling, analysis and implementation of new business opportunities in regional Market
 4. Contribute to the ongoing planning of our sales and marketing and business development strategies.
 5. Attract and retain suitable partners and agents to promote and sell our service and product range.
 6. Contribute to new product/service development, promotion/distribution, customer care and our approach to quality through the presentation of customer feedback.
 7. Develop, update and maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
 8. Coordinate and follow-up on existing leads initiate contact, create new leads and bring on new customers.
 9. Demonstrate the technical ability of our services and products to potential customers.
 10. Provide regular information to assist management with decision-making, including weekly sales and prospecting reports.
 11. Make recommendations to management on business development activity.
 12. Help with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints, and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction.
The essentials - you will have:
 13. 2+ years of sales experience
 14. An organised approach to work and record-keeping
 15. Confidence with the MS Office package at a level beyond basic competence
 16. Driving license
The preferred - you might also have:
 17. Degree in sales, marketing or business related discipline
 18. Experience of Selling to business customers in a manufacturing environment
 19. Working knowledge of industrial electronics at a basic level
