As part of our great team in Merced es-Be nz Trucks, we are happy to be sharing an opportunity to come and work for us as our field based Key Account Manage r for Sales delivering the annual sales objective for the defined key account list, providing an integrated customer account management approach covering all areas of sales, service, parts and related service s.
More about the role
Responsible for new truck sales and associated services performance development for a defined allocated accounts list within the ITC and TNF segments(including direct sales) in line with a volume & discount plan
· Maximise allocated key account customer relationship by ensuring a contact strategy is implemented and managed. This involves managing internal and external stakeholders.
· Transparency and completeness of fleet customer contact records
· I n-service account management and problem resolution for all TNF/ITC accounts
· Creation and implementation of allocated accounts business development plans for TNF/ITC channels in line with strategic priorities of Truck.
· Behaviours and practices in all reporting areas (wholesale and retail) that enhance and improve customer perception of the Truck specific brand image and experience
· Be a brand and product ambassador of Mercedes-Benz Trucks, to both the retail partners and their customers as required, by the business.

Qualifications
* Ideally qualified to degree level with highly developed business/commercial orientation in the logistics/haulage/Truck market place
* Sales experience and a detailed knowledge of the Truck market, including acquisition
methods, service packages.
* Experience and understanding of Truck service and maintenance requirements and commercial practices
* Highly developed numeracy and commercial judgement of deal quality
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully interact at all levels
