Location: East Grinstead & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale – M1 to UPS3 or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for nurturing, enthusiastic and adaptable Reception teachers to join our supply team in East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. Each placement brings a new classroom, new routines and fresh opportunities to support children at the very start of their learning journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging, child‑centred lessons in Reception classes
* Supporting early phonics, literacy, numeracy and social development
* Creating a warm, inclusive and well‑managed learning environment
* Adapting quickly to different schools, routines and class needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupil wellbeing
* Working collaboratively with EYFS staff and following school policies
What We’re Looking For
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Reception or across the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child‑led learning
* A nurturing, patient and creative approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Someone reliable, adaptable and confident in new environments
