About the Role:
This is your chance to be part of a school where fun, laughter, and learning go hand-in-hand. You ll be working across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, helping pupils to grow in confidence, spark their imaginations, and enjoy every step of their learning journey.
Whether you're supporting in phonics lessons, getting stuck into craft projects, or cheering on during PE you ll be a key part of helping children thrive.
What You ll Be Doing:
* Supporting children in class, in small groups, and through 1:1 sessions
* Helping pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) feel confident and included
* Creating a positive, playful, and supportive classroom atmosphere
* Assisting with everything from reading and writing to numeracy and nature walks
* Teaming up with teachers and staff to bring out the best in every child
What We re Looking For:
* Experience working with children (in schools, clubs, childcare we re open!)
* A warm, positive, and can-do attitude
* Great communication skills and a love for teamwork
* A genuine passion for helping children learn, laugh, and shine!
