Broadway Golf Club is one of the most picturesque member clubs in the Cotswolds, with a strong reputation for its course quality and welcoming environment. We are looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance and Groundskeeper to support the year-round upkeep of our facilities and grounds.
The Role
This varied role includes:
* Path & grounds maintenance – cleaning, spraying, mowing & drain clearing.
* Hedges & gardens – trimming, weeding & seasonal planting.
* Practice ground & car park upkeep – strimming, painting, spraying.
* Signage & general repairs – sanding, staining & upkeep.
* Clubhouse & building maintenance – bins, guttering, painting, minor plumbing/electrical tasks, and liaising with contractors when required.
About You
* Proven experience in groundskeeping, gardening, or property maintenance.
* Skilled with tools, machinery & spraying equipment (certificates desirable).
* Knowledge of horticultural care and seasonal grounds work.
* Fit and happy working outdoors in all weather.
* Reliable, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
