As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for being a key part of the pre-construction team, working closley with our teamof Design Manager's, Planner's & Estimators to ensure the commercial success and viability of our future projects. Prior proven experience working for a Main Contractor on similar projects as a Bid Writer/Bid Coordinator Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner. Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality. Key Responsibilities: Analysetender documents:Studyinvitation-to-tender documents to understand client needs and requirements. Developbid strategies: Createcompelling themes and strategies to differentiate the company's proposal. Managethe bid process:Coordinateall aspects of the bid, from initial pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ) to final submission. Ensurecompliance:Makesure the submitted documentation meets all the specific criteria and requirements outlined by the client.
