Recruitment Process
Our friendly recruitment team will reach out to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work checks. You will be invited to tour the site and meet the team in a Q&A session. We will run a Disclosure Barring System (DBS) check. Once all checks are complete, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
* Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
* Must be over 18 (due to handling of alcohol products).
* Good communication skills.
Role Description
We are looking for Delivery Drivers, also known as Customer Service Team Members. You will deliver top‑quality products on time, interact with customers, and follow the route pre‑planned by our automated technology. This role is part‑time, with three eight‑hour shifts per week scheduled on different days.
Schedule & Pay
Shifts: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). A rota is provided up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay structure: the position is paid every 4 weeks with a base pay plus premiums that increase the average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour. All breaks are paid.
