The Role
* Deliver engaging English lessons from Entry Level and Functional Skills through to KS3 and GCSE.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages confidence and achievement.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students through a patient and nurturing approach.
* Support learners with a range of needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviours.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and maximise progress.
* Contribute to curriculum development and wider school activities.
