Let me first of all tell you what this company can offer: ● £27,000 basic salary ● £36,000 OTE ● An oustanding company and brand that is continuing to grow and will lead to progression opportunities This person will need to be able to do the below: ● Previous experience with CRM systems ● Ability to upsell ● To be able to build rapport with our customers ● Providing premium experience to ensure the customers return to us for services, MOT and repairs ● Team player attitude ● Fantastic phone etiquette Hours of work: ● Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm ● 1 Saturday 8:00am till 12:30pm on rota The Requirements For The Service Advisor Position: ● Welcoming customers and explaining the services that the car dealership offers them ● Listening and documenting customers’ car problems and passing the information to the mechanics ● Consulting with mechanics about repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work ● Answering questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the mechanic if necessary) ● Liaising with customers and mechanics to schedule car check-ups and service appointments ● Advising customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings ● Estimating car repair costs and the time it will take for repairs to be completed ● Helping customers decide between part exchanging a car and fixing it through the workshop ● Finding new customers and marketing the car dealership services to them ● Testing drive cars to confirm repairs have been done correctly ● Resolving possible customer complaints after repair services are offered Benefits: ● Discount servicing available ● Company Car Scheme available ● Company Pension scheme ● Manufacturer training provided ● Preferential rates on vehicle purchases ● Loyalty holiday bonus scheme
