We are looking for a registered professional who can apply their experience, knowledge and skills to the post of Programme Manager for ensuring development and compliance with the Health and Care (Scotland) (Staffing) Act 2019 and established programmes for Newly Graduated Practitioners, Endorsed HNC route into nursing and Return to Practice.
As the successful candidate you will have a key role within NHS Tayside working with multidisciplinary professionals, across NHS Tayside. The role offers an exciting opportunity to expand and develop your knowledge of organisational working, gain in depth knowledge and skills of workforce planning and the associated legal requirements of these programmes.
You will also represent NHS Tayside and develop a national profile through key engagements with Scottish Government, Health Improvement Scotland as well as working with all professions and services within NHS Tayside.
The successful candidate will be an individual who can prioritise their own and others workload. They will enjoy working with varied professionals across NHS Tayside, be a good communicator, have competent IT and report compilation skills and be committed to developing themselves and this post.
