Hotel du Vin Avon Gorge is looking for a leader who understands that running a successful business isn’t just about exceeding brand standards or managing a P&L. We want someone to look after the team, develop them, and deliver the expectation of celebrity service. As a real organiser who loves leading and motivating staff, you will drive the brand strategy in all elements of the business, setting Hotel du Vin apart as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.
Situated in Clifton Village, the hotel offers a one‑of‑a‑kind 4‑star boutique experience with 78 bedrooms, exceptional location, and playful spirit. With a strong focus on food & beverage, we seek an individual with previous experience managing a similar sized hotel and operation, who knows the local market and can maximise revenue while leading from the front.
Ideally you have managed and motivated teams in a busy seasonal hospitality environment and possess sound knowledge of food and drink in a property of this size.
