 
        
        WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
 1. Liaising with marketing department to support with effective implementation of marketing campaigns and projects across the service division, including liaising with design agencies to produce promotional documentation.
 2. Support the Project Manager with ensuring that work instructions are in accordance with Panasonic standards or appropriate local standard.
 3. Support the Project Manager to ensure sufficient understanding of service sales across the UK and Ireland teams.
 4. Ensuring requests are dealt with in a timely manner and all information is tracked and up to date on the system.
 5. Supporting, coordinating, and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external customers.
 6. Organise trainings for internal teams, installers, ACS, KA, house builders, and social housing.
 7. Support in designing and implementing new processes within technical and service to consistently improve efficiency within the department.
 8. Supporting the rollout of the new Aquarea Service+ end-user maintenance project across the UK and Ireland.
 9. Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve service and warranty-related issues on air conditioning and heating products. Such as ordering spare parts and resolving warranty issues.
Work alongside Marketing to organise the student recruitment process for 7.

 10. Currently studying for a Marketing / Business / Sales/ Accounting/ Finance related degree at University
 11. No specific experience or knowledge required.
