We’re seeking an experienced Company Secretary & Governance Advisor to join one of Scotland’s top-tier law firms. What You’ll Do
* Assist with client board and shareholder meetings
* Manage statutory books and records
* Support LLPs with corporate administrative requirements
* Deliver accurate, up-to-date advice on legislative and procedural developments
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Relevant qualifications in company secretarial or governance
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
* Confidence in staying current with legal and procedural changes
