20 hours per week (mon-fri 2pm-6pm)
We are a 24/7 Northampton based breakdown insurance company seeking a part time telephone operator / controller / administrator working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 2pm-6pm. The role will involve dealing with members of the public and assisting them with their vehicle breakdowns. As well as motor vehicles, we assist members who have broken down with their Mobility Scooters and Powered Wheelchairs. You will also assist members with policy adjustments as well as renew policies and set up new member policies. For this role the individual will need to be caring and compassionate and to understand the customers needs. Full training will be provided.
This job role requires, but is not limited to, the following essential criteria:
* Providing our members with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
* Complete tasks set by supervisors and other levels of management.
* Good attendance and a caring attitude is essential.
* Work well under pressure and as part of a team.
* Will be confident and competent using IT systems and telephone systems.
* Maintaining high call quality that meets the required standard for this role. Calls are monitored and graded monthly and a call quality score will be generated each month.
