Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs promptly.
* Support bartending duties, including mixing beverages and serving drinks in accordance with established recipes.
* Help with catering events by setting up dining areas, serving food, and clearing tables as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including kitchens and dining spaces.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
* Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred, particularly in restaurant or catering environments.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
* A proactive attitude towards helping others, demonstrating a willingness to assist wherever needed.
* Experience in bartending or beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
