We are seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of the most respected figures in London’s luxury property market. This unique EA opportunity offers exposure to both the CEO’s successful boutique luxury property business as well as a renowned corporate international prime real estate firm which the principal is an Executive Partner of. Based 5 days a week from a lovely Central London office, you will provide EA support in a business and private capacity across property, lifestyle, and charitable commitments. Key responsibilities for this EA role will include diary, inbox, travel and CRM management, client liaison, event coordination, assisting with the principal’s charity interests, and private duties, in liaison with a full-time nanny. This varied, fast-paced, and high-exposure EA role would suit a highly organised and detail-focused individual with previous business and private support experience and ideally some property experience too, confident dealing with UHNW/high-profile individuals and possessing a ‘no job is too big or too small’ attitude. You will be joining a close-knit and collaborative team with a good culture and some nice perks such as an annual all staff overseas trip!
