WORKING HOURS AND PAY
08.30-17.00 MONDAY - FRIDAY working 37.5 hours at £12.30 per hour
KEY ROLES
As part of our Receptionist/Customer Service Team, your primary responsibilities will be to work as part of a reliable team to provide support and advice to our customers by phone and email. Responsibilities will include:
* Contacting customers via email and telephone.
* Dealing with queries efficiently and appropriately
* Ensuring customer satisfaction
* Gaining knowledge of our customer's needs.
* Processing orders.
* Identifying opportunities to improve and do things differently
* Reporting any customer concerns and identifying any trends in calls to the Customer Services Manager.
* Gaining knowledge of the company's products.
* Feeding back any customer information considered relevant to the Customer Services Manager.
* Ensure data from calls received is entered into the CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must have,
* Excellent literacy skills
* 2 years Customer Service Experience
* Worked within a vibrant customer service environment
* Effective customer service skills
* High quality telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail/high level of accuracy
