Position Details
Bright Horizons Wokingham Day Nursery – Early Years Practitioner (Level 3). Location: Wokingham. Salary: £28,072 to £33,020.50 per annum (Level 3) or £27,009 to £27,823 per annum (Level 2), dependent on qualifications and experience.

* 40 hours over 4 or 5 days

Role Summary
As an Early Years Practitioner you will plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, encouraging development toward key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities
* Plan, develop and assess learning experiences for children.
* Maintain a safe, stimulating environment.
* Support children’s physical, emotional and cognitive development.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents/carers.
* Record and reflect on child progress.
Qualifications and Experience
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
* Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
