Job Title: Agile Product Owner Support Intern

Payment: £23,132 per annum full time equivalent (£23,132 will be pro-rated for your 8-week internship)

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office minimum)

Contract: Full Time (35 hours per week) / Fixed Term (8 weeks)

Placement dates: 13th July – 4th September

About The Role

In this role, you'll join an Agile Scrum team and gain real experience in the shaping, development and delivery of the digitalcapabilitiesthat underpinthe products and services offeredto our English languageteachers and learners.

As part of this role, you will:


* Assist the Digital Product Owner in organising and refining the product backlog, including writing simple user stories.
* Take part in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives, learning how Agile delivery works in practice.
* Get exposure to industry standard tools such as Jira, Miro and basic analytics dashboards.
* Take ownership of a small, supervised mini‑project to build your confidence and showcase your strengths.

About You

We're looking for someone curious, proactive and excited to learn how to solve our customers' problems through digital products.

What To Expect

Successful applicants will then be invited to an interview, and if selected, you'll join us for an exciting 8-week programme starting on Monday, 13th July, and ending on Friday, 4th September. Here's a list of key dates:

You can expect to hear from us with an application update, and if you're successful, be invited to interview

18th – 29th May

You can expect an update on your interview, if you're successful you will receive a placement offer. We will ask for acceptance responses by 29th May

We will also share some helpful pre-start information ahead of your first day.
