We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Support Executive to help deliver an outstanding client experience and support our Financial Planning team in achieving ambitious growth goals. In this role, you will use your Financial Services expertise to streamline processes, enabling Financial Planners to focus on clients. You will build trust through exceptional service and work closely with senior management to align day-to-day activities with our strategic objectives.



What you'll do

As a senior member of the Client Support team, you will lead by example to ensure all administration is delivered accurately and efficiently. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, work closely with Financial Planners and colleagues to achieve shared goals, and support continuous improvement across the function. Depending on experience, the role may include line management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Support Financial Planners with the preparation and delivery of client meetings (virtual and face‑to‑face), including meeting packs, reports and documentation.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients on administrative matters, managing onboarding, reviews and ongoing servicing.
* Complete and oversee applications, transfers and provider communications, ensuring accurate data is maintained within Enable CRM.
* Produce client review reports, suitability documentation and costs and charges disclosures, maintaining audit‑ready files in line with FCA requirements.
* Carry out AML checks and manage compliance documentation for new business and asset transfers.
* Gather and validate client data, valuations and investment information, supporting cashflow modelling and financial planning tools.
* Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance on complex cases.
* Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance client service and team performance.
Line Management
* Provide day‑to‑day support, coaching and performance management.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development in partnership with HR and L&D.
* Oversee workload, service standards, escalations and key reporting.



The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

* Minimum 3–5 years in Financial Services, ideally within a Financial Planning environment. Confident working in teams, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with advisers, clients, and colleagues across the business.
* Diploma Level 4 (or equivalent) achieved or in progress.
* Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting. Decisive, calm under pressure, and able to work independently.
* Proficient in Client Management Systems and digital meeting tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams). Solid experience with Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and compliance systems.
* Previous experience in a regulated environment and understanding of FCA requirements is desirable.
* Will complete training on internal platforms (Enable, Fusion) and become fully conversant with our client portal, Wealth Platform.

The base

You'll be based at the Benchmark Head Office, within our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. It has high standards and international reputation, without being in the city: a big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different.

We support our offices by using cutting edge software and hardware and our spacious campus facilities mean there's a great working environment for the team. With an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gym, our campus has much to offer. And commuters can relax on our dedicated regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham’s main line train station.
