As our team has grown, we have an opportunity for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our friendly, supportive, and creative engineering team in Warwick. You will design and specify all aspects of Mechanical Building Services in accordance with current guidelines, standards, regulations, and project deliverables.
About You
As a Principal Engineer – Mechanical Services, you will have a strong track record in one or multiple sectors that BakerHicks operates in. You will be a Chartered (or working towards) Mechanical Building Services Engineer. You should demonstrate experience managing medium-sized projects or packages on large projects, and be capable of building, developing, and leading a motivated team. Client care and securing repeat business are crucial, so developing and nurturing client relationships is essential.
Key Purpose
* Design and specify all aspects of Mechanical Services in line with current guidelines, standards, regulations, and project requirements.
* Manage Mechanical Services involvement in projects, including time, cost, quality, resources, client relationships, and delivery.
* Monitor and promote quality and compliance within local teams and projects.
