Campus Operations Manager Company: Boeing United Kingdom Limited An opportunity has become available as a Campus Operations Manager which reports directly to the Campus Manager. The Campus Operations Manager will lead the Operations Team at the London Gatwick Training Campus ensuring uninterrupted delivery of aviation training for commercial customers. Responsible for managing the daily operational requirements of the Campus, and the management of assigned staff. Position Responsibility: Collaborate with functional counterparts within the Campus to ensure consistent service delivery for customers. Responsible for implementing Campus Operations strategy and direction. Manage alignment with BGS strategy as it relates to campus operations. Support campus strategies as it relates to commercial training and customer experience. Develops and manages integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Provides oversight and approval of processes for the campus. Collaborate with other business unit and functional leads across the business. Ensure campus standardization of customer experience. Develops and implements a focused employee communication / engagement plan for assigned employees. Accountable for effectively interfacing with customers and governing/industry bodies to meet expectations and requirements. Monitors and ensures quality of Campus facility is maintained, including security, services and health and safety requirements are achieved for all employees assigned to the Campus. Champion the Boeing values and behaviors. Host VIPs and engages with local communities on STEM outreach. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): BA/BS in Business, Operations, technical field or equivalent 5 years of progressive leadership experience of Campus Operations.
