Position
Trainee IT Support Engineer – Worthing, West Sussex – Office Based. Temporary, 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Salary: £25,000 per year plus funding for a CompTIA A+ course and various company benefits.

* Hours
o Temporary, fixed‑term 12‑month contract.
o Full time.
o Office based, 5‑days per week Monday to Friday.
o 37.5 hours per week, 8 am to 4 pm.
Responsibilities
* Provide internal desktop, network, and application support to employees.
* Assist in deploying technologies, systems, and services to staff.
* Set up and remove new starters and leavers.
* Assist with laptop builds and minor technical support.
* Support in‑house Microsoft 365 systems.
* General IT support.
* Contribute to training documentation and end‑user training.
* Maintain an audit of all equipment throughout the business.
* Provide remote and telephone support to both office and field staff.
* Undertake other duties as reasonably required.
Requirements
* Interest in pursuing an IT support career.
* Strong telephone and customer experience skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Team player with high energy and can‑do attitude.
* Versatile and able to cope well under pressure.
* Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
* Determination to excel in the role.
* All roles at Bluecrest Wellness require a satisfactory criminal record check.

* Exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) (Amendment) Orders 1975 and 2001. All convictions must be disclosed.
