This is a quality-led, relationship-based role ideal for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry, values communication, and prefers a calm, professional, friendly environment over “quick-fix” dentistry. About the practice Well-established private family practice with a strong reputation in the local community Plan-led model with consistent, predictable diaries (approx. 60% plan / 40% fee-per-item) Modern, well-equipped setting with SOE/Exact, digital radiography, and a patient-centred approach Convenient for commuting with easy access from York/A64, walkable from the train station, and parking nearby The role Start with 1 day/week with opportunity to increase to 2-3 days A broad, clinical mix and an inherited patient list You’ll be supported by a stable, experienced team including hygiene support, strong nursing, and practice leadership that prioritises standards and patient outcomes What’s on offer 45% split - dentists on average around £150,000 per year (full-time equivalent) Clinical freedom and the time to deliver the right care - no pressure selling Flexibility on start date If you have a DWSI/special interest, there’s genuine scope to help you build and promote it Requirements GDC registration and right to work in the UK Ideally 4-5 years’ post-grad experience with private practice exposure A confident communicator and genuine team player who aligns with a quality-first ethos Interested in this position?
