TeesDance is entering an exciting new chapter. Having recently become a registered charity, we are growing our core team to support the next phase of our work across the Tees Valley. We are recruiting for a Marketing & Impact Lead to work closely with our Founder/CEO and Board, helping to strengthen participation, partnerships, visibility and impact. This role sits at the heart of our organisation and will shape how we work with communities, artists and partners in the years ahead. We are a small, values-led organisation and we care deeply about how we work as well as what we deliver. Overview of role The Marketing & Impact Lead will shape how TeesDance communicates its work, values and impact. You will lead on marketing, communications, data and evaluation, ensuring our programmes, people and partnerships are visible, celebrated and understood. This role is central to telling TeesDance’s story ethically and creatively, supporting fundraising, partnerships and advocacy through clear, compelling and care-led communication. Job Title: Marketing & Impact Lead Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum pro rata (depending on experience) Hours: Part-time 15 – 22.5 hours (to be negotiated) Contract: Permanent Location: Home-based working with face-to-face meetings when needed in the Tees Valley (office work may be available in the future).
