The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of site activities. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in both SAP and the Microsoft Office package. Requirements Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to site management and operational teams. Maintain and update data in SAP, including purchase orders, goods receipts, and inventory transactions. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Support the coordination of site activities, including deliveries, maintenance schedules, and staff communications. Handle filing, record keeping, and documentation in line with company procedures. Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Assist with health, safety, and compliance documentation. Key Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing, logistics, or operations environment. Proficiency in SAP – essential. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy. Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
