Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Social Media & Training Academy Assistant to support the daily operations of our training academy and online presence. This multifaceted role involves content creation, managing social media (especially Instagram & TikTok), assisting with day-to-day setup of training sessions, maintaining a clean and professional space, managing stock, and dispatching orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation:
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
* Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels behind the scenes and during training days.
* Stay on top of social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
* Support marketing campaigns and product/service launches online.
Training Academy Support:
* Assist in setting up training spaces (e.g., equipment, products, materials).
* Greet and support students during their visit.
* Ensure the training environment is clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times.
* Provide admin assistance during training days if needed.
Operational Duties:
* Handle day-to-day housekeeping duties to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and reordering supplies.
* Pack and dispatch online orders accurately and on time.
* Maintain clear records of stock movements and order dispatches.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Confident with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, Instagram Reels).
* Organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Creative mindset with a passion for beauty.
* Previous experience in a similar role or environment is a bonus but not essential.
* Friendly, professional, and reliable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
