Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
* Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding journey
* Support the sales team by following up on leads and qualifying prospects
* Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Qualifications
