This role offers an agile 3,2 working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Our head office in Chiswick Park provides great public transport links, agile working spaces, meeting and training rooms, as well as formal and informal workstations. The park also has great restaurants and services to support your day.

Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis; alternative options are available outside the park.


What will this role achieve?

Support the generation of medium to long-term financial and operational demand plans by analyzing and interpreting historical sales data within the UK&I region. The role aims to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.


Key deliverables include:

* Analyzing sales performance and communicating insights
* Generating medium to long-term forecast projections
* Leveraging data and market intelligence to improve trend analysis
* Reviewing and challenging forecasts with demand planners
* Monitoring new product launches and performance deviations
* Maintaining internal reports and systems (Power BI, Excel, Foundry)
* Providing operational demand planning support to the Ireland commercial team


Bring your experience:

* Proven ability to analyze large data volumes
* Cross-channel experience (Convenience, Impulse, Grocery, Hospitality)
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strategic and execution capability
* Relationship building and accountability


Personal Attributes:

* Experience in FMCG, food, and drinks


Interview process:

Stage 1: 45-minute competency interview based on our values and your experience.

Stage 2: 60-minute technical interview, case study, or presentation.

Additional psychometric and aptitude tests may be included.
