The role
As a Business Development Representative, your focus will be on starting high-quality commercial conversations.
You will:
* Identify and reach out to new businesses and key decision-makers

* Build core skills in communication, commercial awareness, and negotiation
No sales experience is required. Everything is taught from the ground up.
Earnings
* £30,000–£35,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission from day one
* Strong on-target earnings once fully ramped
