They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to develop, direct and coordinate their financial and administrative services.Based on the Hampshire-Berkshire border, paying circa £36,000 with fantastic company benefits, this is an opportunity not to be missed.What youll do as the Finance Manager:Provide effective management and oversight of the schools financial and personnel functionsWork closely with the Headteacher and Governors to support the ongoing development of the schoolDeliver a high standard of service and support to all stakeholders across the organisationSupport with budgeting, financial planning, and day-to-day financial administrationAssist with HR and personnel-related processes and administrationEnsure school systems and records are maintained accurately and efficientlySupport the smooth running of operational and administrative functions across the schoolBuild strong working relationships with staff, parents, Governors, and external stakeholdersThe ideal Finance Manager candidate:Previous experience within a finance role at a management levelIdeally, experience within an educational setting, but this is not essentialProficient IT skills, including knowledge of SAP/IBC and SIMSFull or Partial AAT qualification desirableExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationshipsA proactive and professional approach with the ability to work using your own initiativeHold a full driving licence due to the office locationIf you have the skills and experience to match this role, we would love to hear from you!
