Job Title: AI Creative Specialist (Freepik) – Ecom Static & Video Ads
We're looking for an AI Creative Specialist to help us rapidly produce high-converting static and video ads using Freepik AI tools.
You'll be working off our current winning creatives and generating multiple new variations, angles, and concepts for aggressive creative testing.
What You'll Do:
Create AI-generated static ads based on proven winners
Develop AI motion/video ad variations for Meta
Rapidly test new angles, hooks, and visual styles
Work in a fast-paced ecom environment focused on scaling
Requirements:
Proven experience working with ecommerce brands
Strong understanding of Meta ad creative testing & scaling
Experience using Freepik AI (or similar AI design tools)
Ability to produce multiple variations quickly
Understand direct response marketing principles
Compensation:
Base hourly rate
Performance bonuses tied to winning ads identified/created
