About the Role
As Head of Nursing, you will lead and inspire a team of Clinical Leads and Care Excellence Leads to deliver consistently exceptional, bespoke, and holistic care in clients’ homes. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and executing our clinical strategy, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a culture of excellence throughout the organisation. Through hands-on leadership and innovative thinking, you’ll ensure our services not only meet but exceed regulatory standards. You’ll be responsible for overseeing designated caseloads, ensuring care packages are clinically robust, operationally sound, and fully compliant with CQC regulations and best practices.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Develop and implement clinical strategy
* Ensure compliance with CQC and Clinical Governance Framework is adhered to
* Lead on training, competency, and professional development
* Support service mobilisation and clinical operations with exemplary customer service
* Collaborate across operations, quality, and executive teams
What You’ll Bring:
You’ll bring energy, strong leadership and fresh thinking to the way we work towards our vision through excellence, compassion, and expertise.
* Registered Nurse (NMC pin required)
* 2+ years post-registration experience in complex care
* Proven experience in clinical leadership and competency development
* A proactive, systems-focused, solutions-driven mindset
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations
* A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel

* Lead clinical quality and safety across all services
* Line manage, mentor, and develop the Clinical Team
* Mobilise new care packages and support training rollouts
* Oversee risk management and clinical audits

* Collaborate on strategic planning with senior leadership
* Maintain high standards of client care, staff wellbeing, and family satisfaction
